At The Global Fits, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Customized or made-to-order products

Innerwear, bodysuits, socks, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards or promotional items

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  1. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Partial refunds may be issued if items show signs of use or damage

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Size issues

Defective or damaged items (reported within 48 hours of delivery)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping service

The Global Fits is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

  1. International Orders

For international orders:

Return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds will exclude any import/export charges paid

Delivery timelines and refund processing may vary by country

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it must follow the standard return process

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–7 business days

  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and order cancellation.
